CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (VARIATION OF LIMITS) ORDER, 1992. I, MÁIRE GEOGHEGAN-QUINN, Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947), and the Tourism and Transport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1991, ( S.I. No. 25 of 1991 ), and with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows: 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Variation of Limits) Order, 1992.
(2)The Customs-free Airport (Limits) Orders, 1947 to 1988, and this Order may be cited together as the Customs-free Airport (Limits) Orders, 1947 to
- This Order shall come into operation on the 13th day of April,
- In this Order "the 1992 map" means the map annexed hereto.
- The Customs-free Airport Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O., No. 114 of 1947 ), shall have effect as if paragraph
(1)of Article 5, in lieu of declaring the land referred to in Article 4 (b) of the Customs-free Airport (Variation of Limits) Order 1979 ( S.I. No. 181 of 1979 ) to be the Customs-free Airport for the purposes of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947), declared the land enclosed within the following limits to be the Customs-free Airport for the said purposes, namely the areas enclosed by red lines and marked A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W A1 A2 A3 A4 A5 A6 A7 A8 A9 A10 A11 A12 A13 A14 A15 A16 A17 A18 A19 on the 1992 map.
