O'MALLEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 103 , 112 and 395 of the Companies Act, 1963 (No. 33 of 1963). hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Fees) Order, 1992. 2. In this Order "the Act" means the Companies Act, 1963 (No. 33 of 1963). 3. This Order shall come into operation on the 28th day of April 1992. 4. The Eight Schedule to the Act is hereby altered by the substitution of the following for Part I (as amended by the Companies (Fees) Order, 1988 ( S.I. No. 237 of 1988 ) and the Companies (Fees) Order, 1991 ( S.I. No. 163 of 1991 )) of that Schedule: "TABLE OF FEES Matter in respect of which Fee is payable Amount of Fee £ For registering a company 130 For registering any existing company except such companies as are by this Act exempted from payment of fees in respect of registration under this Act 130 For registering a change of company name 130 For registering an annual return 10 For registering an increase in the share capital of any company 15 For registering an increase in the membership of a company limited by guarantee or an unlimited company 5 For registering any document by this Act required or authorised to be registered or required to be delivered, sent or forwarded to the registrar, other than an annual return or in connection with a change of company name 5 For making a record of any fact by this Act required or authorised to be recorded by the registrar, other than in connection with a change of company name 5 For examining an application for the restoration of, and restoring, a company to the register under section 311A (inserted by section 246 of the Companies Act, 1990 (No. 33 of 1990)) of this Act 500 " 5. Where the Minister directs, pursuant to Section 23

(2)of the Act that a company shall change its name, any fee required to be paid in respect of the registration of that change shall not be charged, levied or paid.
  1. The following fees are hereby prescribed for the purposes of sections 103 and 112 of the the Act: For registering a charge required to be registered under Part IV of the Act £15.00 For registering particulars of a series of debentures under Part IV of the Act £15.00 For each inspection of the register of charges £1.50
  2. The Companies (Fees) Order, 1964 ( S.I. No. 44 of 1964 ), the Companies (Fees) Order, 1988 ( S.I. No. 237 of 1988 ) and the Companies (Fees) Order, 1991 ( S.I. No. 163 of 1991 ) are hereby revoked. GIVEN under my Official Seal this 16th day of April,
