REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS AND DEATHS (IRELAND) ACT, 1863 (SECTIONS 17 AND 18) (KILDARE) ORDER, 1993. An tArd-Chláraitheoir, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Sections 17 and 18 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863, hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863 (Sections 17 and 18) (Kildare) Order, 1993. 2. The existing Superintendent Registrars' Districts of Athy, Celbridge and Naas shall be amalgamated and shall together form one Superintendent Registrar's District to be known as the Superintendent Registrar's District of Kildare. 3. The existing Registrars' Districts of Ballymore Eustace, Celbridge, Clane and Timahoe, Kilcock, Kilcullen, Kildare, Maynooth, Monasterevan, Naas and Caragh, and Rathmore and Kill shall be amalgamated and shall together form one Registrar's District to be known as the Registrar's District of Naas. 4.
