I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 102 of the Finance Act, 1992 (No. 9 of 1992), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act, 1992 (Commencement of Chapter I of Part II and Part I of Third Schedule) Order, 1993. 2. The 2nd day of October, 1993, is hereby appointed as the day on which Chapter I of Part II of, and Part I of the Third Schedule to, the Finance Act, 1992 (No. 9 of 1992), shall come into operation.
