REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS AND DEATHS (IRELAND) ACT, 1863 (SECTIONS 17 AND 18) (KERRY) ORDER, 1993. An tArd-Chláraitheoir, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Sections 17 and 18 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863, hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863 (Sections 17 and 18) (Kerry) Order, 1993. 2. The existing Superintendent Registrars' Districts of Caherciveen and Killarney shall be amalgamated and shall together form one Superintendent Registrar's District to be known as the Superintendent Registrar's District of Killarney. 3. The existing Registrars' Districts of Coom, Glanbehy, Killarney 1, Killarney 2, Killorglin and Milltown shall be amalgamated and shall together form one Registrar's District to be known as the Registrar's District of Killarney. 4. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1993. GIVEN under my hand at Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora, Joyce House, Lombard Street East, Dublin 2, this 21st day of September, 1993.
