MEDICAL PREPARATIONS (LICENSING OF MANUFACTURE) REGULATIONS, 1993 (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1993. The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the Health Act, 1947 (No. 28 of 1947) and section 65 of that Act as amended by section 39 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953) and section 36 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, 1977 (No. 12 of 1977), hereby makes the following Regulations:— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Medical Preparations (Licensing of Manufacture) Regulations, 1993 (Amendment) Regulations, 1993. 2. Schedule II of the Medical Preparations (Licensing of Manufacture) Regulations, 1993 ( S.I. No. 40 of 1993 ) is hereby amended by the addition of the following paragraph: "(
4. c)(but for the revocation of the Medical Preparations (Licensing of Manufacture) Regulations, 1974 ( S.I. No. 225 of 1974 ) and the Medical Preparations (Licensing of Manufacture) (Amendment) Regulations, 1975 ( S.I. No. 302 of 1975 ) effected by Article 2 of the Medical Preparations (Licensing of Manufacture) Regulations, 1993), was on or immediately before the coming into force of these Regulations, engaged in, or was entitled to be engaged in, the activities of a qualified person pursuant to the provisions of the Medical Preparations (Licensing of Manufacture) Regulations, 1974 and the Medical Preparations (Licensing of Manufacture) (Amendment) Regulations, 1975."
