(1)This Order may be cited as the Companies (Forms) Order, 1994.

(2)The Companies (Forms) Orders, 1964 to 1991, and this Order may be cited together as the Companies (Forms) Orders, 1964 to

2. This Order shall come into effect on the 1st day of May,
4. In this Order— "the 1963 Act" means the Companies Act, 1963 (No. 33 of 1963); "the 1993 Branch disclosures Regulations" means the European Communities (Branch Disclosures) Regulations, 1993 ( S.I. No. 395 of 1993 ).
5. The form set out in Part I (F1) of the Schedule to this Order, or a form to like effect, is hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 352 of the 1963 Act and for Regulation 16 of the 1993 Branch Disclosures Regulations with such variations as circumstances require.
