LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1994 COMMENCEMENT (NO. 2) ORDER, 1994. The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1

(9)of the Local Government Act, 1994 (No. 8 of 1994), hereby orders as follows:—
  1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act, 1994 , (Commencement) (No. 2) Order,
  3. Sections 32 and 33, Part VIII, Part IX and sections 61 , 62 and 67 of the Local Government Act, 1994 shall come into operation on the 1st day of July,
  5. Section 4
(1)of and the First Schedule to the Local Government Act, 1994 shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1994 to the extent specified in the Schedule to this Order. 4. Section 4
(2)of and the Second Schedule (other than the amendments to the Coast Protection Act, 1963 (No. 12 of 1963) and the Local Government Act, 1991 (No. 11 of 1991 ) specified in that Schedule) to the Local Government Act, 1994 shall come into operation on the 1st day of July,
