AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 205 of 1994. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY (DECLARATION OF INTERESTS) REGULATIONS, 1994. In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister for the Environment by sections 6 and 37 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (No. 7 of 1992), which said powers are delegated to me by the Environment (Declaration of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1993 ( S.I. No. 127 of 1993 ), I, JOHN BROWNE, Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection Agency (Declaration of Interests) Regulations, 1994. 2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 18th day of July, 1994. 3. In these Regulations, "the Act" means the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 . 4.
(1)The form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be the prescribed form for the purposes of subsection
(1)of section 37 of the Act.
(2)All classes, descriptions and grades of employees of the Agency, or persons whose services are availed of by the Agency, whose maximum remuneration is equal to or greater than the maximum remuneration for Level 5 in the Agency are hereby prescribed for the purposes of section

These Regulations, which came into effect on the 18th day of July, 1994, prescribe the classes, descriptions and grades of employees of the Agency and other persons to whom section 37 of the Act of 1992 applies. These Regulations also prescribe the form of declaration of interest to the Agency under section 37 of the Act.
