AmendmentsLeasuithe WHEREAS legislation governing the regulation of certain limited partnerships by the Central Bank of Ireland has been enacted as the Investment Limited Partnerships Act, 1994 (No. 24 of 1994); AND WHEREAS the Investment Limited Partnerships Act, 1994 (Commencement) Order, 1994 ( S.I. No. 213 of 1994 ), has been made by the Minister for Enterprise and Employment under section 2 of the Investment Limited Partnerships Act, 1994 , fixing the 25th day of July, 1994, as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation; NOW I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 25
(2)of the Finance Act, 1994 (No. 13 of 1994), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act, 1994 (Commencement of section 25
(1)(a) (i)) Order,
  2. The 25th day of July, 1994, is hereby appointed as the date on which Section 25
(1)(
