WATERFORD (COUNTY BOROUGH AND COUNTY) TRAFFIC AND PARKING (AMENDMENT) BYE-LAWS, 1993. I. PATRICK J. CULLIGAN, Commissioner of the Garda Síochána, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 90 of the Road Traffic Act, 1961 (No. 24 of 1961) (as adapted by the Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 269 of 1977 )) with the consent of the Minister for the Environment and after consultation with the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Waterford, the council of the county of Waterford, the council of the urban district of Dungarvan and the commissioners of the towns of Lismore and Tramore, hereby make the following bye-laws in respect of the area comprising the county borough of Waterford and the administrative county of Waterford, including the urban district of Dungarvan and the towns of Lismore and Tramore: 1. These bye-laws may be cited as the Waterford (County Borough and County) Traffic and Parking (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 1993. 2. The Waterford (County Borough and County) Traffic and Parking Bye-Laws, 1986 ( S.I. No. 199 of 1986 ), are hereby amended by the substitution of the following bye-law for bye-law 26 inserted by the Waterford (County Borough and County) Traffic and Parking (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 1987 ( S.I. No. 16 of 1988 ): "26. The fee for a parking disc shall be: ( a ) 30p in respect of the area comprising the country borough of Waterford, ( b ) 20p in respect of the area comprising the administrative county of Waterford including the towns of Lismore and Tramore, and ( c ) 10p in respect of the area comprising the urban district of Dungarvan." GIVEN under my hand, this 8th day of December, 1993. PATRICK J. CULLIGAN, Commissioner of the Garda Síochána. The Minister for the Environment consents to the making of the foregoing bye-laws. These bye-laws amend bye-law 26 of the Waterford (County Borough and County) Traffic and Parking Bye-Laws 1986 ( S.I. No. 199 of 1986 ) as amended by the Waterford (County Borough and County) Traffic and Parking (Amendment) Bye-Laws 1987 ( S.I. No. 16 of 1988 ), to provide for an increase in the fee for a parking disc from 20p to 30p in Waterford city The fee for a parking disc in the rest of the county will remain at 20p except in the Urban District of Dungarvan where the fee will remain at 10p.
