ENTERPRISE AND EMPLOYMENT (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1994. The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise and Employment and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 2

(1)of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:
  1. This Order may be cited as the Enterprise and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order,
  3. In this Order "the Minister" means the Minister for Enterprise and Employment.
  4. The powers and duties of the Minister under the Acts specified in the First Schedule to this Order and under any instrument made under any such Act, and the Regulations specified in the Second Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to MARY O'ROURKE, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise and Employment.
  5. The powers and duties of the Minister under the Industrial Relations Acts, 1946 to 1990 (insofar as they relate to the enforcement of registered employment agreements within the meaning of Section 25 of the Industrial Relations Act, 1946 (No. 26 of 1946), and Orders made under Section 43 of that Act and Section 48 of the Industrial Relations Act, 1990 (No. 19 of 1990)) and the Worker Protection (Regular Part-Time Employees) Act, 1991 (No. 5 of 1991) (except insofar as it relates to the Maternity Protection of Employees Act, 1981 (No. 2 of 1981)) are hereby delegated to the said Mary O'Rourke.
