MILK (REGULATION OF SUPPLY) (ABOLITION OF THE CORK DISTRICT MILK BOARD) ORDER 1994. I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under section 6
(3)of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act 1936 , section 3 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act 1994 and every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows:
- The Cork District Milk Board shall stand dissolved on the 30th day of December
- As from the establishment of the Interim Board the assets, liabilities, choses in action, contracts and commitments of the Cork District Milk Board shall stand transferred to the Interim Board. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 5th day of December,
