AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 73 of 1994. URBAN RENEWAL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1987 (TRANSFER OF LAND) (NO. 1) ORDER, 1994. The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers vested in him by section 6 of the Urban Renewal (Amendment) Act, 1987 (No. 16 of 1987), after consultation with the Minister for Finance hereby orders as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Renewal (Amendment) Act, 1987 (Transfer of Land) (No. 1) Order, 1994. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 31st day of March, 1994. 3. In this Order "the First Extension to the Custom House Docks Area" means the area described in Part II of the Schedule to the Urban Renewal (Amendment) Act, 1987 (Extension of Custom House Docks Area) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 206 of 1987 ). 4. All land held by the Minister for Finance in the First Extension to the Custom House Docks Area together with all rights, powers and privileges relating to or connected with such land is hereby transferred to the Custom House Docks Development Authority to be held by the Authority for all the estate, rights, title and interest for which the same is held by the Minister for Finance. 5. The land to which this Order relates shall on the coming into operation of the Order cease to be within both the limits of the Harbour of Dublin and the limits of the Port of Dublin within the meaning of section 2 of the Dublin Port and Docks Act, 1869.
