AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 238 of 1995. EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (CEREAL SEED) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS, 1995. I, IVAN YATES, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purpose of giving effect to Council Directive No. 66/402/EEC of 14 June, 1966,
(1)as amended, hereby make the following Regulations: 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Cereal Seed) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1995, and shall come into operation on the 15th day of September, 1995.
(2)The collective citation "the European Communities (Cereal Seed) Regulations, 1981 to 1995" shall include these Regulations. 2. In these Regulations— "the Principal Regulations" means the European Communities (Cereal Seed) Regulations, 1981 ( S.I. No. 48 of 1981 ); 3.
(1)Where the Minister provides a service set out in column
(1)of the Table to this Regulation the fee set out in column
(2)of the said Table opposite that service shall be payable by the person to whom the service is given.
(2)European Communities (Cereal Seed) (Amendment) Regulations, 1994 ( S.I. No. 281 of 1994 ) is hereby revoked. TABLE.
