MILK (REGULATION OF SUPPLY) (LEVY) ORDER, 1995. I, IVAN YATES, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Section 8
(3)of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994 (No. 25 of 1994), hereby order as follows:` 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Milk (Regulation of Supply) (Levy) Order, 1995.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of October,
- The "Act of 1994" means the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994 (No. 25 of 1994). 3.
(1)A rate of 0.1 new pence per litre is hereby specified as the rate of levy referred to in paragraph (a) of Section 8
(3)of the Act of 1994.
(2)The levy referred to in sub-paragraph (b) of Section 8
(2)of the Act of 1994 shall be paid within 28 days of the month immediately following the end of the accounting period. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 26th day of September, 1995.
