ADOPTIVE LEAVE ACT, 1995 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1995. I, MERVYN TAYLOR, T.D., Minister for Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 1
(2)of the Adoptive Leave Act, 1995 (No. 2 of 1995), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Adoptive Leave Act, 1995 (Commencement) Order,
- The 20th day of March, 1995 is hereby appointed as the day upon which the Adoptive Leave Act, 1995 , shall come into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 15th day of March,
