(10)of the Local Government Act, 1991 (No. 11 of 1991), hereby orders as follows:—
  1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act, 1991 (Commencement) Order,
  3. Part V of the Local Government Act, 1991 , as amended by the Local Government Act, 1994 (No. 8 of 1994), shall come into operation on the 16th day of September,
  5. Section 4
(1)of and the Schedule to the Local Government Act, 1991 shall come into operation to the extent specified in the Schedule to this Order on the 16th day of September, 1996. 4. Section 4
(2)of the Local Government Act, 1991 shall, insofar as the same has not been brought into operation, come into operation on the 16th day of September,
