TRANSNATIONAL INFORMATION AND CONSULTATION OF EMPLOYEES ACT, 1996 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1996 I, Richard Bruton, T.D., Minister for Enterprise and Employment, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 2 of the Transnational Information and Consultation of Employees Act, 1996 (No. 20 of 1996), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Transnational Information and Consultation of Employees Act, 1996 (Commencement) Order, 1996. 2. The 22nd day of September, 1996, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Transnational Information and Consultation of Employees Act, 1996 (No. 20 of 1996) shall come into operation.
