(1)) ORDER, 1996. The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 47

(1)of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (No. 15 of 1994), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (Section 47

(1)) Order,

2. This order shall come into operation on the 3rd day of December,
4. Each of the countries listed in the Schedule to this Order is hereby designated for the purposes of section 47

(1)of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 .
