AmendmentsLeasuithe I, Richard Bruton, Minister for Enterprise and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 7
(4)and 23 of the Competition Act, 1991 (No. 24 of 1991), hereby make the following regulations: 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Competition (Notification Fee) Regulations, 1996.
(2)These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of January
- Every agreement, decision or concerted practice to be notified to the Authority under section 7 of the Competition Act, 1991 (No. 24 of 1991), shall be accompanied by a fee of £250.
- The Competition (Notification Fee) Regulations, 1991 ( S.I. No 250 of 1991 ) are hereby revoked.
