VALUATION APPEAL (FEES) REGULATIONS, 1996. I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Valuation Act, 1988 (No. 2 of 1988), hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation Appeal (Fees) Regulations, 1996. 2. The fee to be charged in respect of an appeal to the Commissioner of Valuation under sections 19 and 31 of the Valuation (Ireland) Act, 1852, of a class mentioned in column
(1)of the following Table shall be the amount specified in column
(2)of the Table opposite the mention of that class. 3. The Valuation Appeal (Fees) Regulation, 1988 (S.I. 267 of 1988), is hereby revoked. Table Class of valuation of property as determined by the Commissioner of Valuation
