MILK (REGULATION OF SUPPLY) (ESTABLISHMENT OF INTERIM BOARD) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1996 I, IVAN YATES, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 3 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994 and any and every power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows: 1. The Milk (Regulation of Supply) (Establishment of Interim Board) Order, 1994 ( S.I. No. 408 of 1994 ) is hereby amended by the substitution of the following Article for Article 3. "3. The Interim Board shall have power to carry on any business activities carried on by a dissolved Board, discharge any and all liabilities of a dissolved Board, sell all or any of the assets of a dissolved Board and sell as a going concern all or any business of a dissolved Board with such assets or liabilities or both as may be provided for in the sale."
