VALUATION TRIBUNAL (FEES) REGULATIONS, 1997. I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Valuation Act, 1988 (No. 2 of 1988), hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation Tribunal (Fees) Regulations, 1997. 2. The fee to be charged in respect of an appeal to the Valuation Tribunal under section 3
(5)of the Valuation Act, 1988 , of a class mentioned in column
(1)of the following Table shall be the amount specified in column
(2)opposite the mention of that class. 3. The Valuation Tribunal (Fees) Regulations, 1988 (S.I . No. 182 of 1988), are hereby revoked. Class of valuation of property as determined by the Commissioner of Valuation
