(3)) Order, 1997 AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 455 of 1997. PRESIDENTIAL ESTABLISHMENT ACT, 1938 (SECTION 1

(3)) ORDER, 1997 The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1

(3)(inserted by the Presidential Establishment (Amendment) Act, 1991 (No. 10 of 1991)) of the Presidential Establishment Act, 1938 (No. 24 of 1938), hereby order as follows: 1.

(1)This Order may be cited as the Presidential Establishment Act, 1938 (Section 1

(3)) Order, 1997.

(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 11th day of November,

2. Paragraph (a) (inserted by the Presidential Establishment (Amendment) Act, 1991 (No. 10 of 1991)) of section 1

(1)of the Presidential Establishment Act, 1938 (No. 24 of 1938), is hereby amended by the substitution of "£120,000" for "£100,000". GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 4th day of November,
