CERTAIN HARMFUL ORGANISMS, PLANTS, PLANT PRODUCTS AND OTHER OBJECTS FOR TRIAL OR SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES AND/OR FOR WORK ON VARIETAL SELECTIONS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1997 I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise

the powers conferred on me by Section 3

the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27

1972) and for the purpose

giving effect to Commission Directive No. 97/46/EC

25 July 1997, hereby make the following Regulations:

Regulation 3
