No. 121 of 1998. COMPTROLLER AND AUDITOR GENERAL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1993, ORDER, 1998. I, Charlie McCreevy, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 14
(1)of the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act, 1993 (No. 8 of 1993), hereby order as follows: 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act, 1993 , Order, 1998.
(2)This Order shall be deemed to have come into operation on the first day of April,
- The annual rate of remuneration of the Comptroller and Auditor General shall be£87,343, commencing on the first day of April,
- The Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act, 1993 , Order, 1995 ( S.I. No. 119 of 1995 ), is hereby revoked. GIVEN under my Official Seal this 21st day of April,
