No. 222 of 1998. LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1998 (COMMENCEMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1998. The Minister for the Environment and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 15
(4)of the Local Government Act, 1998 (No. 16 of 1998) hereby orders as follows:—
- This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act, 1998 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order,
- Section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1998 shall come into operation on the date of the making of this Order. GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for the Environment and Local Government, this 30th day of June,
