BUILDING REGULATIONS ADVISORY BODY ORDER, 1998 The Minister for the Environment and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 14 of the Building Control Act, 1990 (No. 3 of 1990), hereby orders as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 1998. 2.
(1)A body to be known as the Building Regulations Advisory Body, hereinafter referred to as "the Advisory Body", is hereby appointed.
(2)The Advisory Body shall, for the period commencing on 1st day of October, 1998 and expiring on the 30th day of September, 2001, consist of the persons named in the Schedule to this Order. 3. The Chairperson of the Advisory Body for the period commencing on 1st day of October, 1998 and expiring on the 30th day of September, 2001, shall be Patrick Morrissey.
