TELECOMMUNICATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 10) SCHEME, 1998. Bord Telecom Eireann plc, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 90 of the Postal Telecommunications Services Act, 1983 (No. 24 of 1983) hereby makes the following Scheme. 1. This Scheme may be cited ad the Telecommunications (Amendment) (No. 10) Scheme, 1998. 2.
