(3)of the Child Abduction and Enforcement of Custody Orders Act, 1991 (No. 6 of 1991), hereby order as follows:
  1. This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Enforcement of Custody Orders Act, 1991 (Contracting States) (Hague Convention) (Revocation) Order,
  3. The Child Abduction and Enforcement of Custody Orders Act, 1991 (Contracting States) (Hague Convention) Order, 1998 ( S.I. No. 238 of 1998 ) is hereby revoked.
  4. This Order shall come into operation on the 10th day of December,
  5. GIVEN under my Official Seal at Dublin this 4 day of December,
