(1)(B)) ORDER, 1998 I, DAVID ANDREWS, T.D., Minister for Foreign Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 4

(1)of the Child Abduction and Enforcement of Custody Orders Act. 1991 (No. 6 of 1991), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Enforcement of Custody Orders Act, 1991 (Contracting States) (Hague Convention) (Section 4

(1)(b)) Order,

2. It is hereby declared that a declaration has been made by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands pursuant to Article 39 of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, 1980 as follows: The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland extends the abovementioned Convention in accordance with Article 39 to the Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands and the Isle of Man.
3. This Order shall come into operation on the 10th day of December
