TURF DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1998 (VESTING DAY) ORDER, 1998 I, MARY O'ROURKE, Minister for Public Enterprise, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 6 of the Turf Development Act, 1998 (No. 26 of 1998), after consultation with the Minister for Finance and Bord na Móna, hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Turf Development Act, 1998 (Vesting Day) Order, 1998. 2. The thirty first day of December, 1998, is hereby appointed to be the vesting day for the purpose of the Turf Development Act, 1998 (No. 26 of 1998). GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 14th day of December, 1998. MARY O'ROURKE, T.D., Minister for Public Enterprise. EXPLANATORY NOTE This Order appoints 31st December, 1998 as the vesting day for Bord na Móna, public limited company established under the Companies Acts pursuant to the Turf Development Act, 1998 , to take over the staff, assets, liabilities and undertakings of Bord na Móna, statutory corporation which is dissolved on that day.
