dustry Act, 1994 hereby makes the following Regulations: - 1 Citation and Commencement 1. (

1. a)These Regulations may be cited as the Racecourses (Payment of Levies on Course Bets) (Amendment) Regulations, 1998; (
2. b)These Regulations shall take effect from the 27th day of September, 1988. 2 Definitions 2. (
3. a)"The Principal Regulations" when used

these Regulations means the Racecourses (Payment of Levies on Course Bets) (Amendment) Regulations, 1997; (b) Article 2 (a)-(f) (

clusive) of the Racecourses (Payment of Levies on Course Bets) Regulations, 1995 shall apply also to the

terpretation of these Regulations; (c) Nothing

these Regulations shall prejudice the powers and entitlement of the Authority under the Act. 3 Miscellaneous Amendments to Principal Regulations 3. The Principal Regulations are hereby amended as follows: - (a) by deleting the word "Sunday"
