AmendmentsLeasuithe I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 40
(5)of the Industrial Development (Enterprise Ireland) Act, 1998 (No. 34 of 1998), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Industrial Development (Enterprise Ireland) Act, 1998 (Section 40) (Commencement) Order,
- The 13th day of May, 1999, is hereby appointed as the day on which section 40 of the Industrial Development (Enterprise Ireland) Act, 1998 (No. 34 of 1998), shall come into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 13th day of May,
- MARY HARNEY, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment. EXPLANATORY NOTE. (This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation.) This order appoints the 13th day of May, 1999, as the day on which section 40 of the Industrial Development (Enterprise Ireland) Act, 1998 (No. 34 of 1998) comes into operation. This order allows for the designation of certain members of the staff of An Foras Aiseanna Saothair to be transferred to and become members of Forfas.
