(2)of the Criminal Justice Act, 1999 (No. 10 of 1999), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1999 (Parts I and II) (Commencement) Order,
- The 26th day of May, 1999, is hereby fixed as the day on which Parts I and II of the Criminal Justice Act, 1999 (No. 10 of 1999), shall come into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 26th day of May,
