(2)(inserted by section 11 of the Horse and Greyhound Racing (Betting Charges and Levies) Act, 1999 (No. 24 of 1999)) of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (No. 12 of 1958) (as adapted by the Agriculture, Food and Forestry (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1997 ( S.I. No. 302 of 1997 )), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (Section 32
(1)(b)(ii)) (Commencement) Order,
  2. The 25th day of July, 1999, is hereby appointed as the day on which subparagraph (ii) of section 32
(1)(
  1. b)(inserted by section 11 of the Horse and Greyhound Racing (Betting Charges and Levies) Act, 1999 (No. 24 of 1999)) of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (No. 12 of 1958), shall come into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 13th day of July, 1999. JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture and Food. EXPLANATORY NOTE. (This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation.) This Order commences, with effect from 25 July, 1999, subparagraph (
