AmendmentsLeasuithe I, SÍLE DE VALERA, T.D., Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Regulation 6 of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Elections Regulations, 1979 ( S.I. No. 355 of 1979 ), as adapted by the Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1997 ( S.I. No. 306 of 1997 ), hereby make the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Údarás na Gaeltachta (Polling Day) Order, 1999. 2. The Poll at an election under Part IV of the údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979 (No. 5 of 1979), shall be held on 4 December 1999 and shall continue for the period beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 10 p.m. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 3rd day of November, 1999. SÍLE DE VALERA, Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands. EXPLANATORY NOTE. (This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation.)
