(2)of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1999 (No. 35 of 1999), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Commencement) Order,
- The 20th day of December, 1999, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1999 , except section 23 of that Act, shall come into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 20th day of December,
