AmendmentsLeasuithe I, JOHN O'DONOGHUE T.D., Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 27
(2)(b) of the Civil Legal Aid Act, 1995 (No. 32 of 1995) (as adapted by the Justice (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1997 ( S.I. No. 298 of 1997 ) with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows: 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Civil Legal Aid (Refugee Legal Service) Order, 1999.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 29th day of March,
- Any tribunal established by the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform for the purpose of determining appeals from decisions authorised in that behalf by that Minister of the Government that an application for asylum is manifestly unfounded or that an applicant for asylum is not a refugee within the meaning of section 2 of the Refugee Act, 1996 (No. 17 of 1996), is hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 27
(2)(b) of the Civil Legal Aid Act, 1995 (No. 32 of 1995). GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 29th day of March,

(2)(b) of the Civil Legal Aid Act, 1995 .
