AmendmentsLeasuithe An tArd-Chláraitheoir, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 17 and Section 18 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863, hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863 (Section 17 and Section 18) (Donegal and Cork) Order, 1999. 2. The existing Superintendent Registrars' Districts of Dunfanaghy, Inishowen, Letterkenny, Milford, Ballyshannon, Donegal, Glenties and Stranorlar shall be amalgamated and shall together form one Superintendent Registrar's District to be known as the Superintendent Registrar's District of Donegal. 3. The existing Registrars' Districts of Crossroads, Dunfanaghy, Gweedore, Churchill, Kilderry, Killea, Letterkenny, Manorcunningham, Fanad, Kilmacrennan, Milford, Ramelton, Rathmullen and Rosguill shall be amalgamated and shall together form one Registrars' District to be known as the Registrars' District of Letterkenny. 4. The existing Registrars' Districts of Cloghan, Stranorlar, Killygordon, Raphoe and Castlefinn shall be amalgamated and shall together form one Registrars' District to be known as the Registrars' District of Stranorlar. 5. The existing Registrars' Districts of Cork No. 5, Clonmoyle, Murragh, Bandon, Inishannon, Kilbrittain, Carrigaline No. 1 and Cobh shall be amalgamated and shall together form one Registrar's District to be known as the Registrar's District of Cork No. 5. 6. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1999. GIVEN under my hand at Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora, Joyce House, Lombard Street East, Dublin 2, this 26th day of March, 1999. J.
