(2)of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1999 (No. 35 of 1999), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Section 23) (Commencement) Order,
- The 24th day of January, 2000, is hereby fixed as the day on which section 23 of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1999 , shall come into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 24th day of January,
