(1)(as amended by the Local Government Act, 1998 (No. 16 of 1998)) of the Local Authorities (Officers and Employees) Act. 1926 (No. 39 of 1926), with the concurrence of the Local Appointments Commissioners, hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Officers and Employees) Act, 1926 (Declaration of Offices) (No. 2) Order,
- The office of chief executive officer of a vocational education committee referred to in section 23 of the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (No. 29 of 1930), is hereby declared to be an office to which the Local Authorities (Officers and Employees) Act, 1926 (No. 39 of 1926), applies.
