(6)of the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 (No. 24 of 1998), with the consent of the Minister for Finance and after consultation with Aer Rianta cuideachta phoiblí theoranta, hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 (Aggregate Borrowings Limit Variation) (No. 2) Order,
- The amount specified in section 13
(5)of the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 is varied by the substitution for “£350 million” (inserted by the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 (Aggregate Borrowings Limit Variation) Order, 2000 ( S.I. No. 287 of 2000 )) of “£450 million”. The Minister for Finance consents to the making of this Order. (5)of the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 (No. 24 of 1998).
