(1)of the Prompt Payment of Accounts Act, 1997 (No. 31 of 1997) (as adapted by the Enterprise and Employment (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister), Order, 1997 ( S.I. No. 305 of 1997 )) hereby order as follows: 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Prompt Payment of Accounts Act, 1997 (Amendment of Schedule) Order, 2000.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 2nd day of January 2001. 2. The Schedule to the Prompt Payment of Accounts Act, 1997 is amended— (
