(2)of the ICC Bank Act, 2000 (No. 32 of 2000), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the ICC Bank Act, 2000 (Commencement) Order,
- The 7th day of December, 2000, is hereby appointed as the day on which the ICC Bank Act, 2000 (No. 32 of 2000), other than sections 3, 5 and 7, shall come into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 7 December,
