AmendmentsLeasuithe The Minister for the Environment and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 4 and 21 of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990 (No. 14 of 1990), hereby makes the following Regulations:— Citation. 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Derelict Sites (Urban Areas) Regulations, 2000.
(2)These Regulations and the Derelict Sites Regulations, 1990 to 1993 may be cited together as the Derelict Sites Regulations, 1990 to
- Prescription of urban areas.
- The areas in the administrative counties of Tipperary North Riding, Louth, Meath, Clare and Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown indicated in Column 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations opposite the mention of the relevant administrative country in Column 1 of the said Schedule are hereby prescribed to be urban areas for the purposes of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990 . SCHEDULE Column 1 Administrative County Column 2 Urban Areas Tipperary North Riding The townlands of Newport, Clonbealy, Cooldrisla and Tullow in the district electoral division of Newport. The townlands of Mountgeorge, Cappanilly, Borrisland North, Borrisland South and Castlequarter in the district electoral division of Borrisoleigh. The townlands of Killeen, Shesheraghmore, Ballyhaden and Rathmore in the district electoral division of Borrisokane. The townlands of Oxpark and Townfields in the district electoral division of Cloughjordan. Louth The townlands of Castlebellingham, Kilsaran and Milestown in the district electoral division of Castlebellingham. The townland of Dromiskin in the district electoral division of Dromiskin. The townland of Termonfeckin in the district electoral division of Termonfeckin. The townland of Collon in the district electoral division of Collon. The townlands of Drumullagh and Knocknagoran in the district electoral division of Drumullagh. Meath The townland of Mornington in the district electoral division of St. Mary's. The townlands of Ninch, Betaghstown and Irishtown in the district electoral division of Julianstown. The townland of Gormanstown in the district electoral division of Stamullen. Clare The townlands of Sroohil, Deerpark Upper, Castlequarter, Ennistimon, Ardnacullia North, Deerpark West, Cloonaveige and Deerpark Middle in the district electoral division of Ennistimon. The townlands of Liscannor and Cloghaundine in the district electoral division of Liscannor. The townlands of Balyminoge, Drewsborough, Tomgraney and Fossabeg in the district electoral division of Scarriff. The townlands of Mountievers, Leverstown and Ballyliddan West in the district electoral division of Mountievers. The townland of Sixmilebridge in the district electoral division of Sixmilebridge. The townlands of Rathbaun in the district electoral division of Lisdoonvarna. The townlands of Leagard North, Leagard South, Breaffy North and Cloonbony in the district electoral division of Miltown Malbay. The townlands of Tulla, Bunavory, Doonaun and Loughaun South in the district electoral division of Tulla. Dún Laoghaire — Rathdown The townland of Stepaside in the district electoral division of Glencullen. The townland of Carrickmines in the district electoral division of Cabinteely/Loughlinstown.
