(2)(as amended by section 24 of the Social Welfare Act, 1996 (No. 7 of 1996)) and section 205
(1)of the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1993 (No. 27 of 1993), hereby makes the following Regulations: Citation and construction. 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Social Welfare (Consolidated Payments Provisions) (Amendment) (No. 2) (Homemakers) Regulations, 2000.
(2)These Regulations and the Social Welfare (Consolidated Payments Provisions) Regulations, 1994 to 2000 shall be construed together as one and may be cited as the Social Welfare (Consolidated Payments Provisions) Regulations 1994 to
- Homemakers.
- The Social Welfare (Consolidated Payments Provisions) Regulations, 1994 ( S.I. No. 417 of 1994 ) are hereby amended by the substitution in article 102A for sub-article
(2)(amended by article 4 of the Social Welfare (Consolidated Payments Provisions) (Amendment) (No. 6) (Bereavement Grant and Homemakers) Regulations, 1999 ( S.I. No. 300 of 1999 )) of the following sub-article: “
(2)Where a person has commenced as a homemaker on or after the 6th day of April, 1994 and not later than the 5th day of April, 1999, an application to be regarded as a homemaker shall be made not later than the 5th day of April, 2001.” GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Social, Community and Family Affairs this 23rd day of March,

The new registration deadline for an applicant who commenced homemaking during the period 6th April 1994 to 5th April 1999, is 5th April,
