exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 3 and 30 of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966) (as adapted by the Agriculture and Food (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1999 ( S.I. No. 307 of 1999 )), hereby order as follows -

1. This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Restriction on Imports from the Netherlands) (Revocation) Order,
3. The Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Restriction on Imports from the Netherlands) Order, 2001 ( S.I. No. 210 of 2001 ) and the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Restriction on Imports from the Netherlands) (Amendment) Order, 2001 ( S.I. No. 233 of 2001 ) are revoked.
4. The Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Restriction on Movement of Persons) Order, 2001 ( S.I. No. 160 of 2001 ) is amended — (a)

Article 3

, by the substitution for “and the Netherlands are” of “is”, (b)

Article 5(1), by the deletion of “or the Netherlands”.

4. The Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Restriction on Movement of Horses) (Amendment) Order, 2001 ( S.I. No. 216 of 2001 ) is amended by the deletion,

Article 2, of “or the Netherlands”.
