This Order may be cited as the Company Law Enforcement Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2001. 2. The 4th day August, 2001 is fixed as the day on which Part 1 and section 111 of the Company Law Enforcement Act, 2001 (No. 28 of 2001), shall come into operation.
